Yes, since our venue is an event rental space only, if you plan on serving alcohol at your event, you will have to provide your own alcohol and smart serve bartenders.

Yes, you will be required to obtain a special events permit as well as liability insurance. We can discuss in person and provide you with a contact and additional details.

Since our venue is an event rental space only, you will have to facilitate setting up your event space as you desire.

Candles are not permitted however we do offer/include flameless candlesticks and flameless water candles as part of our venue amenities.

Yes, guests can drive down to the ceremony site and park behind the pine fields. Please note that we have limited space therefore car pooling from the parking lot to the ceremony site is encouraged. 

We can provide a tractor wagon ride for your guests and/or your wedding party.
